Er verdeutlicht mit diesem Modell die Erfahrung, dass es auch innerhalb einer Person Pluralit\u00e4t gibt, die -\u00e4hnlich wie in einem Arbeitsteam- Uneinigkeit \u00fcber Werte und Konsequenzen bedeutet, eine Art Gruppendynamik aufweist, zu Streit und Konflikten f\u00fchrt und nur zum Teil bewusst wird. Dieses innere Team entspricht lang gepr\u00e4gten Mentalmustern und bestimmt unser Verhalten mehr als unsere bewussten Entscheidungen.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Viele Mitglieder sind schon w\u00e4hrend der Kindheit Teil unseres Teams geworden, andere kamen im Lauf des weiteren Lebens dazu. Wer erst einmal die verschiedenen Stimmen identifiziert hat, wird viele davon pr\u00e4genden Menschen seiner Geschichte zuordnen k\u00f6nnen. Es dominieren 2 \u201e<strong>Antreiber<\/strong>\u201c \u2013\u201eSei stark!\u201c und \u201eSei beliebt!\u201c-, die ganz sch\u00f6n Druck machen. Aber sie waren auch f\u00fcr den bisherigen Erfolg verantwortlich. Das Team wird derzeit von einem Symptom angegriffen: die F\u00fchrungskraft leidet seit einiger Zeit unter Herzrasen, Schwindelanf\u00e4llen und \u00dcbelkeit, was sie immer wieder veranlasste, Situationen wie beispielsweise Meetings zu verlassen oder zu vermeiden. Das Symptom will offenbar die Antreiber ausbremsen, weil der Teamleiter, das bewusste Ich, es nicht tut.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Das wiederum aktiviert den \u201e<strong>Schwarzseher<\/strong>\u201c (Zukunfts\u00e4ngste), der mit seinen \u00c4ngsten gerne die Antreiber unterst\u00fctzt. Aber es aktiviert endlich auch den \u201eBesorgten\u201c, der im Team schon lange nicht mehr zu Wort kam. Eine Stimme, der es um die Gesundheit und das pers\u00f6nliche Wohlbefinden geht. Der \u201e<strong>Besorgte<\/strong>\u201c k\u00f6nnte sich gut mit dem \u201e<strong>Realisten<\/strong>\u201c verbinden, der pragmatisch nach dem Machbaren fragt und wenigsten hin und wieder Geh\u00f6r fand. Auch ein \u201e<strong>Ermutiger<\/strong>\u201c war im Team zu entdecken, der aber ebenfalls eher zu den \u201eStillen\u201c in der Runde geh\u00f6rte. Auf weiteres Nachforschen entdeckten wir schlie\u00dflich noch einen \u201e<strong>W\u00fctenden<\/strong>\u201c, der auf verletzte Eigeninteressen aufmerksam machen wollte, aber \u201ean der Kette unter dem Tisch\u201c gehalten wurde, gefesselt vom Antreiber \u201eSei stark!\u201c, der unbedingte Gef\u00fchlskontrolle will, und vom Antreiber \u201eSei beliebt!\u201c, dessen Ziele er gef\u00e4hrden w\u00fcrde.<\/p>\r\n[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section fb_built=&#8220;1&#8243;
